About
Eláfkeria are oviparous creatures, meaning they lay eggs that need to be incubated in order to hatch into little fawns. These eggs are usually taken care of by their loving families so that they develop properly and hatch healthily. Still, some eggs are lost, stolen, or even abandoned; eggs left without a family face significant risks, but may still hatch if they're lucky. Eggs that are found in time are often taken to Fwubby's hatchery, where Fwubby ensures they have their best chance at survival.
Despite how wonderful raising a family may sound, not just any Eláfkeri may start one. Eláfkeri society has coming of age trials known as the Blooming Trials; by passing through them, an Eláfkeri proves that they're mature enough tobring life to Kósmos, nurture it, and shelter it from danger. Once an Eláfkeri has proved their worth, they will receive a Blooming Pin, and will be able to breed.
The Breeding Activity allows players to use Breeding Slots to pair parents and receive offspring genos; the Hatchery Activity allows players to roll a randomized geno from an Egg they've found in Activities, purchased, or received from someone else!

Rules & Requirements
- An Eláfkeri that has earned their Blooming Pin may breed with any other Eláfkeri that has a Pin as well. Because the game doesn't have sex or gender mechanics, there are no limitations on parent pairings as long as both parents have completed their Trials.
- Players may breed any Eláfkeria as long as they have slots to it; this can be their own Eláfkeri's slots, Starter Slots, or other player-owned Eláfkeria' slots that have been transferred to the player.
- Players may host a total of four (4) breedings per month. They may split these breedings with other players as they wish; participating in a split breeding hosted by someone else does not count towards your monthly limit.
- Hatching Eggs doesn't have any special requirements; as long as a player has an Egg in their Inventory, they may hatch it.
Breeding Boosts
There are many different factors that affect the probabilities in Breeding!
The factors that affect how successful an Eláfkeri's Breeding roll is are the following:
- An Eláfkeri's Harmonic Rank may improve their success rate as they rank u,p, as well as grant more Breeding Slots ( read specific rank perks here ).
- An Eláfkeri's Breed will affect how many eggs the clutch may have.
- An Eláfker's genes, mutations, traits, and Magic ability will affect the clutch's probabilties.
- An Eláfkeri's Blooming Pin will grant its specified bonus during Breeding; this bonus stacks from both parents ( read about Pins and Trials here )
- Certain items will impact Breeding success rates if used during a roll; the effect will always depend on the item being used ( check the Consumables and Equipment pages ).
