A gene that creates small, dark spots with inner light spots across the body, much like an owl's, or other bird species.

At minimum, it creates two (2) spots with inner spotting anywhere on the maximum range. The spots must be roughly the same size as the minimum range, or smaller.
At maximum, it may create as many spots with inner spotting as desired within the maximum range. They must still follow the same size rules. The inner spotting may consist of up to three (3) spots within a single main spot.
