Skin, Keratin, & Eyes
Skin
The skin area consists of the nose/lips of an Eláfkeri, and the optional inner part of the ears.
Skin may be any natural color, unless affected by a specific gene. Additionally, it can be off-white or off-black, but not saturated enough to look like a dark, unnatural color.
If a white gene is touching the skin, it may affect the touched area, making it pink.
If a gene can affect the skin color, it will be stated in the gene's Notes section.
The skin can be shaded if desired, as well as contain natural patterns such as mottling, light freckling, or a subtle gradient from one color to another.

Keratin
The keratin area consists of the hooves and horn(s) of an Eláfkeri.
Keratin may be any natural color, unless affected by a specific gene. Additionally, it can be off-white or off-black, but not saturated enough to look like a dark, unnatural color.
If a white gene is touching the skin, it may affect the touched area, making it pink.
If a gene can affect the keratin color, it will be stated in the gene's Notes section.
The keratin can be shaded if desired, as well as contain natural patterns such as mottling, light freckling, or a subtle gradient from one color to another.
Keratin may contain more than one solid color, presenting patches of other colors as though Minimal Black/White were present.

Eyes
The eyes area consists of the eyes of an Eláfkeri.
Eyes may be any rainbow color, unless affected by a specific gene/mutation.
Eye pupils may be dots, rectangles, or may not show a pupil at all. Pupils should be darker than the eye and the same overall hue; they may be lighter if the Eláfkeri is blind.
If a gene can affect the eye color, it will be stated in the gene's Notes section.
The eyes can be shaded if desired, as well as contain natural patterns such as mottling, light freckling, or a subtle gradient from one color to another.
Eyes may contain more than one solid color, presenting as any sort of heterochromia.

Notes
- Always check your genes and mutations' Notes! Some will allow for unnatural skin/keratin/eye colors, whereas others will mandate them.
- Some mutations contain extra skin/keratin/eyes areas in them, which must follow these rules as well.
- Some items allow for rule-breaking for this guide ( e.g. Moudrost's Scroll )
