At minimum, it creates a pair of tendrils ( two (2) total ) that stems from a feather from each wing or each side of the tail. They can be as thin as a string with a feather at the end. They can be as short as the longest primary feather.
At maximum, it creates up to four (4) pairs of tendrils ( eight (8) total ) that stem from a feather from each wing or each side of the tail. They can be as thick as a regular feather. They can be as long as the torso.
This mutation may either affect an existing pair of feathers, or create the tendrils among the existing feathers.

- Tendril creates symmetric pairs; this means that, if creating more than one pair of tendrils, the pairs don't need to be symmetric to one another, but the individual tendrils that make up a pair must be.
