At minimum, it creates a small wattle that stems from under the chin ( between the chin and neck ), the cheeks, or under the ears. They may be as small as the nose.
At maximum, it creates up to four (4) wattles ( or two (2) pairs ). They may be as long as the horn.
This mutation may not be asymmetrical.

- If following base color rules, Wattles may look furred; if following skin rules, they may not.
